This memorial was created for a little man named, Tucker James Richards. He is the fraternal twin of his sister Brooklyn Taylor Richards and the little brother of Kaitlyn Noel Richards. He & his sister were born on April 27th, 2007 in Tennessee. Brooklyn was born at 8:19am and Tucker was born at 8:21am. They were 5 weeks early but they were both very healthy babies.
For 84 days Tucker and Brooklyn were side by side the whole time. They never left each other's site. Then on that unforgetable Thursday morning, July 19th of 2007, Tucker left us to be with Jesus.
His older sister Katie says, "Tucker and Jesus are playing football!" She is four years old and she kind of had a hard time getting used to the fact that there were two new babies in the family and it's even more difficult not completely understanding why there's only one baby now.
Tucker was the first boy of the family and oh how excited we were about that! He looked just like his daddy when he first came out, hair and all. He was always the one that would soak you as soon as you took off his diaper. When he would take a bath, he would start peeing and it would be like a stream, so we would have to cover his eyes so it wouldn't get them. He always had this way he could smile at you and make your heart just melt into pieces,which of course had to be a little boy thing!
There will never be a day go by that we won't think about him. We miss him so bad. The one thing that sometimes keeps us going is knowing that we will see him again one day. He left the other half of him here...so I know he is flying with the Angels watching over us now. He preceded in death by his nana and his great-granny...we can just see the Angels coming to get him to go flying and both of his grandma's demanding to, "Bring that baby back here right now!" We all love and miss you very much, little man!

His legacy

Tuckerman's other half
Tucker leaves behind his beautiful twin sister, Brooklyn Taylor, to carry out his legacy. A very wise man told me in the midst of all of this, just to dump all the love you had for both of the twins into her, because that's what Tucker would want for you to do. If you look real close at Brooklyn...sometimes you can see Tucker. Tucker would not want it any other way.
